First alot of variety. Food is ok. Some hot dishes were cold. For the price and variety worth checking out.

Your standard chinese buffet with lots of options, nothing extraordinary, but exactly what you would expect, i will say, the sushi rice generally is a bit nard and crusted in joints like this, but their sushi roll rice was quite moist. Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet is a popular chain of massive, all-you-can-eat grand buffet halls, with prominent locations throughout the tri-state area (including East Hanover, NJ and various spots in New York). They are best known for their enormous physical footprints and their massive, diverse food rotations that span several hundred items daily. Fresh Sushi Bar: A dedicated island featuring a wide array of hand-rolled specialty rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Hot Seafood Staples: Peel-and-eat shrimp, coconut shrimp, baked salmon, stuffed clams, crawfish, blue crab, and steamed mussels. Weekend Extras: Prime weekend dinner slots often feature highly popular snow crab legs and oysters.

Went with my family good for large groups and reasonably priced (our bill was about $400). However, the food quality wasn’t very consistent. Some dishes were cold, others tasted off, and many items felt soggy. The sushi wasn’t great either. The fruit and dessert section was good, but overall the experience could be improved, especially with cleanliness and food freshness.

I love thise place here i don't care that I have to travel an houer just to eat everything is nice and freshly they are always alert and the service is wonderful

Worth every penny ! So many option and everything I tried was delicious. Great selection! The food was fresh and constantly refilled. Service was fast and attentive. I definitely be back !
